Frequently Asked Questions

 

Can I cancel my order? 

HorrorGal does not accept cancellations after an approved order has been processed. Often items are made to order or done in batches. Once it has been processed there will be no refunds. 

 

When will my order ship?

Typically allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped, IF the product is in stock and scheduling permits.  

*Please note we ship in order received, the 5-7 business days standard processing may be extended during the Halloween busy season of September/October OR if Danielle is on location for filming. Danielle travels for appearances and is only able to fulfill orders 1x per week during these times.  Because of this, order times may take up to 30 days (In rare occasion). 

 

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all orders in full. All items in your order will be put on hold and will ship together when everything is in stock. If you are ordering items that will be in stock at different dates and want them as quickly as possible, we recommend placing separate orders. We cannot separate orders after they have been placed.

 

Can I expedite my order?

Depending on Danielles schedule and item availablity, Expedited shipping options may be offered for an additional fee. If this option is available at your time of purchase it will be in your checkout window.  You may also contact us with your order number to check if expediting services are available. 

 

Do you ship international?

Yes we do! 

Prices listed on our website do NOT include Taxes and Duties your country may charge. When ordering from outside the US, the customer accepts full responsibility for such duties and taxes.  Please note international orders may have a longer processing time than domestic orders.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

There will be a flat rate international shipping charge per order.

Backordered Items

A Backorder item is an item we have sold previously, that is currently sold out. If it is marked "Backorder" and NOT "out of stock" it means we will be restocking soon and you can place your order now that will be shipped when the restock arrives. The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. 

PLEASE NOTE: We ship all orders in full. All items in your order will be put on hold and will ship together when everything is in stock. If you are ordering items that will be in stock at different dates and want them as quickly as possible, we recommend placing separate orders. What are the sizes of your masks? 

The sizes of the masks vary from design to design, roughly averaging 22"-24" in diameter, which is considered "average".

 

Can you mark International Shipments as a gift?

No, This is a violation of USA Customs Laws and HorrorGal will not comply this request. 

 

Can I track my order? 

Domestic orders are shipped with tracking information. Tracking is NOT available for International orders at this time.  Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and to prepare your item for shipping. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. 

 

What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept most major credit cards. We also accept processing through PayPal which will allow you to use PayPal credit as well.  

  

What is a "Pre-Order"?

A pre-order item is a new product that is in production and has not yet arrived.

We open pre-orders for new items early in the pre-production process to allow customers the ability to secure an item in advance, and allow time for us to adjust to meet demand. This process ensures customers can purchase without concern of the item being sold out and helps to prevent price gouging by after-market sellers taking advantage of a limited supply.

 

Is my personal information safe when I shop? 

We understand that you care how information about you is shared and used. We value your privacy and therefore guarantees that all of the information you give to us will be kept private and not sold, rented or loaned to any third party. 

 

Authenticity:

All Autographs ordered come directly from Danielle Harris herself. We are not a 3rd party distributer. All items signed and shipped directly from our site are guaranteed 100% Authentic.

 

What is a "VideoCOA"?

A VideoCOA is exactly what it sounds like!  It is a personal video of Danielle signing your order with a message to you. This is emailed to you within 7 day of your order shipping. This is an add on item and charged Per item. 

 

What is "Insure My Autograph"? 

Insure my Autograph is insurance for your item.  This is done on a per item price. If you order one item with insurance and another without, and the package is stollen or damaged. Only the insured item will be replaced. 

Often times with damaged and insured items DanielleHarris.com will request proof of destruction prior to shipping a replacement. An example being a photo of the torn up photo etc. If the damage item is a product such as a mask or knife, then the damaged item would have to be returned to DanielleHarris.com prior to processing the replacement.
