Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the service returns are NOT accepted.
Shipping
-Shipping in Cont. USA is $5 flat, if your order exceeds USPS weight additional charges may apply.
-International and "Personal Item" shipping is calculated per order.-
We do our best to ship orders ASAP within 30 days from ordering. However, due to Danielles' work and travel schedule sometimes orders can take longer even though rare.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and schedule.
International Orders
Please note that the shipping rates for many items are calculated based on weight and size or the item(s). To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Duties, if any are the responsibility of the Buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your local import duties (if any).
Insurance
Insurance for an order is calculated per order. Insurance is not required, but is encouraged. Especially for Personal Items sent in. It is the buyers responsibility to request a specific level of insurance for their own personal item. HorrorGal will calculate the shipping/insurance cost on a per order basis. Insurance Claims are your sole responsibility and is offered as a order Add-On. HorrorGal is not responsible for filing claims on your behalf.
